Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bone Marrow Canoes
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Garnish

  • Green Onions Optional
  • Lemon Zest Optional
  • Korean Chili Flakes Optional
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place bone marrow, bone side down. Sprinkle top with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are brown.
  • Top with garnish and more salt and pepper. Serve warm. Eat bone marrow with a spoon, or spread it over bread. Enjoy!
