- 2 Bone Marrow Canoes
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Garnish
- Green Onions Optional
- Lemon Zest Optional
- Korean Chili Flakes Optional
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place bone marrow, bone side down. Sprinkle top with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are brown.
- Top with garnish and more salt and pepper. Serve warm. Eat bone marrow with a spoon, or spread it over bread. Enjoy!
