Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place bone marrow, bone side down. Sprinkle top with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are brown.
Top with garnish and more salt and pepper. Serve warm. Eat bone marrow with a spoon, or spread it over bread. Enjoy!
