Amanda Palma, Owner + Founder

Amanda is a private chef serving the state of Maine. Her love for cooking began at a young age. Although she initially pursued Civil Engineering, she quickly realized that her true passion lies elsewhere. Amanda often says that the private chef career chose her, as she never anticipated this path. She became a private chef during the summer of 2023 and has never looked back. Now, Amanda is living her dream, cooking and baking while bringing people together around the table. Her journey reflects her dedication to her craft and her joy in creating memorable culinary experiences for her clients.

 

Fun Fact! In her free time outside of the kitchen, you will find her longboarding at Higgins Beach!

Emma Hajdasz, Head Private Chef

Emma has enjoyed helping their father cook since they were little. Emma went to UMF to study Special Education, but was always drawn back to cooking. Emma started their culinary education at SMCC in 2023 and graduated in 2026. Emma has a passion for using seasonal and local products to create a unique dining experience. Emma loves spending time outdoors kayaking, fishing, and golfing with their fiance and dog! 

 

Fun Fact! Emma won the longest drive at the USCAA National Championship!
