- 2-3 Persimmons Fresh
- 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Sliced
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 8 tbsp Pesto
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the persimmons 1/4'' thick, set aside. Arrange and alternate the persimmons and mozzarella on your serving platter. Pour some olive oil on top, and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top. 1 tbsp at a time, spoon pesto in groupings on the persimmons. Enjoy! Serve with crackers or by itself.
