Ingredients
- 8 oz Almond Paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Egg whites
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 5 tbsp Gluten Free Flour
- 1 cup Pine nuts
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Add almond paste, salt, sugar, egg whites, and flour into the food processor and process until smooth. Spoon out the dough and shape into balls. Roll the dough balls into the pine nuts.
- Bake for 20min. Dust with powdered sugar when done. Enjoy!
