Instructions
Using a sharp knife, cut off the ends of the Brussel sprouts, then cut them thin shreds. Add the shreds to a large bowl and toss with white vinegar.
To make the dressing, combine the dressing ingredients together and mix well.
Add the pomegranate seeds, apple slices, and toasted walnuts to the Brussel Sprouts and pour the dressing on top. Toss until combined. Enjoy!
